Higher Distribution Capacity! Our New Logistics Warehouse Hub

In the modern global economy, the ability to move goods quickly and efficiently is the ultimate competitive advantage. As consumer expectations for “next-day” delivery continue to rise, the traditional supply chain model is being pushed to its limits. To meet this challenge, we have completed a massive infrastructure expansion, unveiling our new and technologically advanced logistics center. This warehouse is designed to provide significantly Higher Distribution throughput, acting as a high-capacity hub for our regional and international operations. By optimizing every square meter of the facility, we have ensured that our distribution speed is unmatched in the industry.

The primary driver of our higher efficiency is the implementation of a “Vertical Density” warehouse layout. Instead of expanding the physical footprint of the building, which is often environmentally costly, we utilized high-reach automated racking systems that allow for distribution storage up to 30 meters high. This new approach to logistics maximizes the use of cubic space, allowing us to house 50% more inventory than a traditional hub of the same size. By using a “Goods-to-Person” distribution model, we have reduced the travel time for our warehouse staff, leading to a much higher rate of order fulfillment per hour.

The technological heart of the hub is our new Warehouse Management System (WMS), which uses Artificial Intelligence to predict logistics demand. By analyzing historical data, the system automatically repositions high-velocity items closer to the distribution docks during peak periods. This “Predictive Slotting” ensures that our warehouse remains agile, maintaining higher speeds even during the holiday rush. The logistics flow is managed by a network of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) that work in synergy with our human team. This hybrid hub model is the future of distribution, where technology and human expertise combine to achieve excellence.
